美國AI服務機器人製造商 Richtech Robotics 近日在喬治亞州皮奇特市的一家沃爾瑪超市內開設新餐廳「One Kitchen」，並推出由 NVIDIA AI 技術驅動的機器人，為顧客提供咖啡、奶茶和水果茶等飲品。該餐廳由 Ghost Kitchens America 共同經營，機器人「Scorpion」負責點餐、環境監控與飲品製作。
ADAM is an interactive robot bartender, barista, chef, and more! It also provides entertainment as whizzes and whirs to pour drinks. Additionally, the robot offers small talk to amuse customers.

此外，Richtech 另一款人形機器人「Adam」也在拉斯維加斯的一家餐廳內服務，為顧客提供咖啡和甜點，並與店員合作，提升營運效率與顧客體驗。
Richtech Robotics 總裁 Matt Casella 指出，AI 服務機器人在餐飲業的需求持續增長，不僅能提升營運效率，還能創造穩定收益。為進一步推動 AI 機器人技術，Richtech 也啟動了加速器計畫，向美國大學提供研究平台，協助開發 AI 自主機器人技術，並已吸引哥倫比亞大學參與，專注於自然語言處理領域的研究。
目前，Richtech的自動化餐飲業務已拓展至亞利桑那州、科羅拉多州、德州與喬治亞州等地的 20多家沃爾瑪商店，並計畫進一步擴展。這些機器人不僅能提供訂購與支付功能，還能透過 AI 雲端平台分析營運數據，改善服務效率，為餐飲、飯店與醫療機構帶來智能化轉型的新契機。
